Questions about Tippman 98 Custom Platinum Series

I have a 98 custom platinum series with the ACT and I'm looking for an expansion chamber to buy for it but some say that they don't work for the platinum series. Can anybody please tell me which one to look for so that it'll work and work well with my gun. Also something I found while digging around the Tippman site is that it says the 98 custom platinum series can work off of CO2, Compressed Air, AND Nitrogen. Now it was my understanding that it only worked on CO2 unless you changed some things to make it compatible with Compressed Air. So if you have incite on that or can tell me if its true or not I'd appreciate it. And just to clarify I understand that these questions are sort of noobish but I am new to paintball but I love it and am working together a little team with my friends and I am hoping to learn a lot from these forums.

Thanks,

to use compressed air you need to do nothing but screw the tank on.

HPA is better than co2 because it's more consistent and will work in colder temperatures then CO2, but it's also more expensive to buy the tanks. If you have quesions about HPA tanks, check out he stickies in out tank section; they do a pretty good job breaking things down.
