Cyclone problem - not feeding

I just upgraded my cyclone system by watching the video on youtube but now it's not auto loading. If I use the reset button, I can advance the balls one at a time so I did something right. Can anyone suggest what I might have done wrong?

Looking at the mechanism, I'm not even sure what drives the paddles.

Please help

Thank you

that rubber hose thing? (the "banjo" the only thing that requires a flat head screwdriver then yes. it's connected. is it possible that something inside the gun shifted so something isn't lining up anymore?

If you have a Custom Pro, the power tube is already installed, and you will not need to take apart the marker or drill a hole. But if you have a 98 Custom you will have to drill a hole and install the power tube. Maybe you didnt drill the hole right?

I probably should have mentioned I have an X7 - I'm wondering if that hole shifted so it doesn't line up anymore. I'm at work now so I'll have to check when I get home.

in case anyone was wondering it was the o-ring on the lightning rod. it was on backwards from the factory so the air was going around it.
