Tippmann 98 Cyclone Feed Chopping

I have a Tippmann 98 Custom with a response trigger and cyclone feed. Everything worked for a couple years without ever having a single problem. Recently (without having changed anything) the cyclone feed starting blending the paint in the hopper. I've taken the whole thing apart, cleaned/lubed it. All the parts look healthy. Dry firing it seems to function fine. Like I said, nothing has changed (same paint as always, same weather, etc).

Is there a general fix for this? What should I be looking for?
