My friend's tippmann 98... what would it cost?

Hey, my friend is selling his used tippmann 98c, and I might buy it to re-sell it. It has a flatline, car stock, the stock hopper, and a few things different on the inside but he's not sure what. How much would this cost, or is it even worth trying to buy & resell?

I guess you could sell it. I would go to Ebay and start the bid at $170. And I love how you quoted me in your sig, lol!

there is no way you are getting $170 for that, id say $120 tops and more likely $100

This. Unloading low-end anything is a serious pain what with all the used mid and high-ends floating around out there. Unless you've already got a buyer in mind you might pass on the whole deal.

If you parted everything out you might do OK. Assuming your buddy has the stock parts; you might get $50-60 for the gun $40-50 for the Flatline in good condition, $20-ish for the CAR stock. It takes time to sell stuff individually too...so it can be a bit of a pain, it'll help your feedback rating though!
