Tippmann A5 wont fire for anything

I took apart my A5 for cleaning awhile back. and ever since I put it back together when I throw on my Co2 no air is being released. All i hear when i cock it back is a *tink* from the bottle.

I'm willing to bet you put it back together wrong.

What could I have put back wrong? I took I apart multiple times to try and fix it. But no use. Could I have misplaced a piece?

I don't know. what happens when you pull the trigger? does it stay cocked back?

and for the idiot question:
is your safety on?

I'm searching youtube for something that may be helpful

Haha no safety is off. When I get to shoot nothing happens. So I cock it back it back and pull the trigger and all you here is a like *tink* noise that softly echod through the Co2 tank. No air comes out and it doesn't reset.

Tippmann 98 Custom Basic Maintenance - YouTube

this one may be better. it's a 98c, but they're pretty much the same thing.

does the bolt move forward when you pull the trigger? If not, then you know something is wrong with the trigger/sear mechanism.

then either your air isnt' getting from the tank to your marker, or the valve is not opening properly. I'd start with the valve.

i believe its possible ti install the valve backwards. however if im thinking correct you would be venting a lot of co2 if that were to happen

is the spring behind the hammer instead of in front?

Are you just out of air? If you connect the air tank to the marker you should hear the marker charge with air or if you put it together wrong there would normally be a leak.

So, took the whole gun apart including the power tube and oiled it all up. All the O rings were pretty crisp after all was done and back together I connected the air which was full, once it was connected you heard it charge. So it all just needed oiled up. I'm gonna fire some balls later and get a double trigger and e grip here soon.

Why not? I play Woodsball a lot. Or should I get a response trigger? Don't worry I'm still getting a HPA tank. And turns out I already had a halo too hopper. So I just need the fenix

Yeah I know hah. But I took a part my brothers 98 and I think I hurt his power tube, like the metal part inside, you know where I can get a replacement one? It's leaking air.
