Alpha black egrip problem

I just bought an Alpha black egrip, and i know the grip is working, for i hear the solenoid working, and it sounds good. But whenever i put in air, and put it on full auto, it fires once. Now i know you have to pull the trigger 3 times then hold it for it to fire full auto, and i do. The grip then starts to work, i can hear it, but the gun remains quiet. I have taken the weapon apart, checked the air system for leaks, tried 4 different tanks, different hoppers, everything i can think of. It is like the egrip is working fine, and the weapon is working fine, but they are not working together. Even on burst, i can hear the grip functioning, but only one ball exits the barrel. I have looked throughout this forum, and cannot find this exact problem, so im hoping maybe some old timers could help me out. Ive played for 4 years with a spyder victor 2, but this is my first alpha black. ive read the manuel forwards and backwards, and taken the weapon apart multiple times, but still only one ball exits and the grip continues to work. I plan on calling tippman come monday, but in the meantime, i would like just a tossing of ideas, maybe a missed a crucial step?

make sure your battery is good

next, make sure the marker is cleaned and lubed properly

finally, make sure your tank regulator is not low or mid pressure output

We like to think of paintballing as a fun and safe sport. With that, the use of the term "weapon" to describe paintball markers is somewhat frowned upon since it may give the parents of a younger player, and the general public that does not play the wrong image of our sport.

With that said, are you using a 9.6v battery?
With sear tripping markers like most Tippmann's and Spyders, they need a good 9.6v battery to really get the proper amount of power to the capacitor on the circuit board.

Besides that, when you say the marker remains quiet, do you mean like it never releases air? If you were to put paintballs in it, would anything shoot (like the first few shots before full auto)?
If this is the case, you may have some sort of air blockage. If you're using a remote line that has an on/off feature, try backing out the knob a bit. Sometimes you can screw the on/off knob in too far and it will begin to block air flow.

Not AZN level price, there's not too many electro markers priced at the same level as the Talon.

All posted above have been tried...

I have cleaned and lubes the weapon/marker whatever you want to call it, very well, tried 2 different batteries, used 3 different tanks (not sure about regulator). And by quiet, I mean that I pull the trigger 4 times, and the four shots come out, and then the egrip auto mode starts and you can hear it (like there was no air and you pull the trigger) so the weapon fires on semi auto no matter what the egrip does

Again, regular alkaline batteries sometimes just don't cut the mustard
Try picking up a 9.6v rechargeable battery and it may fix your problem

ya sounds like a battery issue to me

markers are meant to mark people with paint

weapons are meant to hurt people

the sport has struggled with public image almost since its beginnings and its exactly because of things like this
