Cheap gun for birthday

My brotherís birthday is coming up at the end of July. I bought myself a Tipppmann 98 about 6 months ago and my brother loves to shoot it so I am looking into getting him his own. He is just turning 16 and is 100% new to this. All this gun would be used for is to shoot around and maybe play in the woods behind my house. I am would like to keep it under 100.

bang! here is the real question, playing with a nice mask is a huge difference over playing with a crappy or poorly constructed mask
